"The Hunting Party"
Jack, Locke and Sawyer pursue a determined Michael after he heads into the jungle toward the dreaded "Others" in search of Walt. Meanwhile, Sun has a surprising reaction to Jin's desire to join the search party, and Hurley and Charlie commiserate over the age-old conundrum of "what women want."
As usual you must post about tonights show in this thread until after the west coast has viewed the show. Please do not spoil the show for those of us out here. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: Whidden | | Pirate dude was creepy. Ooooh, I wanted Jack to shoot him.
Jack was kind of an ass though to Kate.
Hurley in the previews, ask Libby if he knows her from somewhere.
Hmmm.....
At least Link is still out there looking for his kid. Maybe he can get some payback.
I'm gonna have to add pirate guy to my character list. What did Sawyer call him when he laid down the gun?
It seemed important. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: Lawless | | What a great frickin' ep is was tonight. I loved getting a lot more of Jack's back story, and seeing how he lost Sarah, and everything. That was really sad... but, what she said to him, was so right on. He will always need SOMETHING to fix.
Interesting seeing the "others" Well, Zeke. And when he said... "Light up" and all those torches ignited. Do you think that there were that many people, or that it was a set up?
Man, Sawyer wants a piece of Zeke for two reasons now! Hmmmmmmm.... wonder if he will get that revenge.
So, we don't know where Michael is. He could have been knocked out, and left laying around somewhere, and he will turn up, eventually. At least we know that Walt is okay... and that the others think he's "Special"
Oh, and Jack wanting to train an army? That was a bit of a shock. But, it gives him something to focus on, I guess.
The previews for next week, with Charlie. I hope that he doesn't start using, again. I want to see him beat this battle over the addiction to drugs.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... Hurley wants a piece of the pie from Libby, eh? | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: illuminate | | Why was Jack such a turd to Kate? I didn't see the very first part, did they interact in some way and I missed it?
It sucks that Jack was strong enough to back off of that patient chick, but he gets home and finds out his wife's been with someone else... suuuuuucks.
Do you think that Zeke said Walt's "special" b/c of the powers he has?
Is Libby gonna get with Hurley? I wonder why she looks familiar to him.
Next week looks GOOOOOOOD! It just gets better and better | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: fuscia | | Kate should have listened for a change and not followed them. I don't blame Jack for being angry with her. She forced their hand. They had to give up the guns to get her back.
Zeke- creepy and could he be any hairier?
Walt is special, but I hope it is not in a deliverance kind of way. The others creep me out. I hope that Walt is just hanging on the computer or something good like that.
If I were Jack, I would be trying to make them into an Army too. They could come for them at any time, and they need to be able to stop them from taking their people. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: Lawless | | Whether Kate had shown up, or not, they were out numbered. Zeke put Jack is his place. He's been getting a little too "high and mighty" in my opinion. He does NOT own Kate, or anything/anyone else. He had NO right to tell her what she may and may not do. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: Pippin | | My predictions:
Next week Charlie starts using again and is in somewhere partially responsible for little Turnip Head being swept out to sea like the previews showed.
That, or he almost starts using again and Locke stops him, then T.H. goes out to sea and Claire thinks it was Charlie's fault or something similar.
That was not Walt but an Other typing on the computer and they for some reason wanted Michael, and he is walking right to them without raising much suspicion of capture from the castaways. | | Reply To this Message
