ooh, that was an awesome show.


even if your not religious and think it's all a bunch of flim flam, it's still emotionally satisfying to see someone who is cold and evil turn into someone who has empathy and compassion and becomes a good person.


I got a little teary there for a second. And Sun giving Ana Lucia a fish. That was forgiveness right there.


Charlie has a monster stash, looks like he been making trips to the plane.


Shoot, if I was a heroin addict, I would do the same thing. Get me a little hoard of stuff hid out.


If it was beer, I would have been over there hiding budwiesers.

I thought it was a good episode. I was suprised by Mr. Ecko's story. It will make my head hurt to try to figure out why Ecko crashed on the same island as the plane. How long ago did the drug plane crash? Why did they crash on the same island? Why? Tell me why! Why does my head hurt?

THE MONSTER WAS COOL!

it showed faces of Mr. Ekko's past in the monster, so it must read your mind and deem you "good" or "bad".

It was a GREAT episode... and I LOVED getting Mr Eko's back story. It was so sad... to see that he did something, to save his little brother, and how his life turned out. But, in the end, he changed his life around, after seeing his brother, shot, and knowing that he was dead.

I would NOT have given a statue to Charlie. Hello... drug addict. Whatever. He got what was coming when Claire told him that she didn't want that around Aaron. But, I hope that it doesn't push him into using again. He's only got, what... about 6 - 7 statues. Unless there was a lot more, somewhere. That wouldn't last too long.

The "monster" was amazing. And the way that you saw it from a panning camera, and saw different things flashing. AWESOME!

Oh, Dave, it was Jin that handed Ana Lucia a fish, and Sun reached out to her, in welcome, or something. Still, it was such a sweet moment, in my eyes. She needs that, I believe.

And then, Hurley, helping the blonde, to put that tarp covering on her little "home" They are all learning.

Even Sawyer surprised me, a bit!!! Though, I LOVED when he mumbled, "Pillsbury" to Hurley. I was bustin' up!!!! Only Sawyer.

It was a great episode.

Charlie is going to fall into drugs again. If he starts using again, I think that Locke and Echo will straighten him out.

I liked the scene with Jin, Sun and the giving of the fish. I am sure that Ana Lucia needed that small act of kindness. She has felt so alone since her mistakely killing Shannon.

I started a poll about if it is Walt typing to Michael or someone else.

It cracked me up when Charlie kept talking back to Ecko. THAT GUY'S SCARY! That look he gives? I'd be like YES MR. ECKO SIR, WHATEVER YOU WANT MR. ECKO SIR. HERE'S THE PLANE MR. ECKO SIR. I'LL HOLD YOUR STICK FOR YOU MR. ECKO SIR.

I didn't notice the FLASHES IN THE MONSTER! What kind of pictures did it show? DARN IT, i wish i had DVR!!!!

How weird was it that Ecko's little brother kept telling him "don't get on the plane, just DON'T get on the plane" did he KNOW it was gonna CRASH? or was it just a coinkidink?

I'm starting to think that the others steal kids, because they are "good", and will offest the monster/security device.


They put the kid in front of the group, and travel the Island. When the monster shows up, it scans the kid and leaves, ignoring the rest.

the monster is weird. Sometimes it kills outright. (the pilot)

sometimes it scans you, can't make up it's mind and try to drag you into a hole in the ground. (Locke, the second time)
