Terms of Endearment was sad and all but you KNEW she was gonna die. In beaches, that lady whined so much you WANTED her to die already. but Goose just died unexpectedly, and RIGHT when you start to like him. I heard you can go into the bar they were at, in miramar, and see movie memorabilia and stuff. Should be cool

I had to edit in the all time tear jerker death=Shelby in Steel Magnolias. The whole theather was crying when I saw it. Shelby why!!!!!

Well I have never seen of the above fims so I don't know what is the saddest. I can however think of two of the saddest death scenes I have seen. when Bambi's mum died and when the guy gets executed in the green mile that is really sad.

For me, I went with Beaches. That movie hits very close to home. Though, Steel Magnolias, and Terms of Endearment, are extremely hard too!!!

All three break my heart, to this day, every time I see them!!! My mom too.

I was thinking of adding Bambi, but I just didn't get choked up when the cartoon was not drawn anymore

But I cried when Ursula died in Little Mermaid

The only movie death that ever got me all choked up was at the end of Saving Private Ryan, yep Im man enough to admit it

Wash's death in Serenity was a real tear-jerker.

hmm, i think the closest thing to a tear jerker for a movie death was John Coffey, in the Green Mile.

this is no joke, it's really not, and the pig didn't even die, but I cried like a little girl, when at the end of Babe, the farmer looked down and said,

"that'll do pig."


I had to leave the room. Sandy June makes fun of me every time I see that and start crying.


Weird.

It was like an all knowing loving God showed up and granted acceptance, versus throwing me into the lake of fire.

Ah man, Babe dies at the end? GREAT! First I find out Dumbledingy dies then this? What's next? Does Yoda die too?

I didn't cry in none of these movies.

But I bawled like a little girl (or like Whidden at the end of Babe) at the end of Big Fish.

One of the Best. Movies. Ever.

Yeah, Big Fish, good one. That almost got me, too. Reminded me of my grandfather...

awww, BIG FISH... i forgot about that one, i was sitting in my own puddle of tears at the end of that movie.

I also thought Turner and Hooch was sad. Didn't think the dog would die at the end. Poor Hooch.

it's a toss up for me between Hillary 'Beaches' and Shelby 'Steel Magnolias'. But Beaches has "Wind Beneath My Winds" and that's such a teary-song, it has to beat Steel Magnolias.
