Do you feel safer in a car or SUV?

I personally feel safer in a car. I trust myself to at least react in most accidents. It really depends. If I'm driving and it's clear or raining, a car. Obviously, in an accident, I'd rather be in almost any SUV, I also like them more when it's snowing. I like cars more because they are smaller and more manuerable, so I'd rather be in one of them, it's a tradeoff.

I read an article today that kids are no safer in SUV's than in regular cars.

Even before that nugget I felt just as safe in either.

I saw on the local news this chick flipped her SUV and their toddler was tossed from the car because it wasn't buckled in. Sad.

In snow. SUV. But I wouldn't buy one of those gas guzzling heaps if ya paid me.
