Who killed Shannon? Possible spoiler.

I read this in another forum. I will post it here. I thought it was interesting. It made me think.

"DANIELLE saw Shannon and assumed her for one of the "others" and killed her on spot. Ana saw Danielle brutally stabbing Shannon with a large piece of metal (made into a stabbing weapon) and shot her. Danielle assumed Shannon was sick and killed her. Remember when Danielle tells Sayid, "Watch your people closely"? Well she has been watching Shannon (in fact everyone from hidden distance) for some time now and notices she carries symptoms of sickness. Sayid is indeed looking at Ana in rage assuming she killed Shannon but the fact is that Danielle is wounded seriously on the ground and he isn't seeing her YET. Ana is looking guilty because her emotions are flaring off due to the fact that she was too late in SAVING Shannon. In her flashbacks, Ana is a cop and she wasn't able to save people in time ( you will see what I mean) so this plays in with the episode, because she failed to save Shannon. This and MORE will all be revealed after the tailie episode.."

Well, that would be quite interesting if that is what happened.

As far as Ana being a former cop, that wouldn't surprise me, with the way she wields the gun. And, with the attitude too.

At least we will start getting some answers about what happened to those people, in the tail section, starting next week.

Ana shot Shannon. We all saw it. If this silly theory is true, I will fix dinner for a week.

We didn't actually see Ana shoot Shannon Phyco.

That's VERY true. We did NOT see Ana shoot Shannon. What we saw was Sayid running after Shannon, and finding her, shot. Holding her, and looking up, and there's Ana, holding the gun out. BIG DIFFERENCE! Doesn't mean that she did, or didn't, shoot Shannon.... time will tell.

Personally, I hope that you're right, Sandy June... just so Dave can eat crow, and have to fix dinner for a week. Though, I hope that he can actually cook, and doesn't kill you in the process.

I don't think that the above theory could be true. I mean, Shannon just ran into he bushes when we heard the gun shot. The Crazy French Chick wouldn't have had time to stab her up a bit and drag herself out of the way.

It does seem that way doesn't it. There wasn't much time.

I just read this in another forum. I am such a copier.

judging from the pictures of Shannon's wound right after she was 'shot', it doesn't look like a gun shot at all, it looks like someone stabbed her instead; It could be that an "Other" stabbed Shannon and Ana shot that "other' person
Plus, Ana's 9mm bullet looked too small to make that huge wound on Shannon, plus the wound looks like a long line, not a hole, so it looked like a stab

And in the pictures of Ana holding/pointing the gun, Ana is RIGHT handed becuase she holds her gun with her right hand, but with the picture of the killer, it shows only the LEFT arm, which is holding something long (gun or knife, no one knows yet), + the arm doesn't look like Ana's arm

So many theories...so we don't know for SURE if Ana REALLY killed Shannon.

I just watched this last episode again. I watched the parts with Walt and where Shannon gets killed in slow motion.
When Shannon heads toward Walt it actually shows "him" turn and run. Also you get a good view of Shannon's wound. I would not even have thought to look closely at it but now that I did it does look like a straight line up and down.

Honestly, I hope it *was* Ana Lucia. She gets on my last nerve, and I wouldn't mind seeing a little Island justice despensed in her direction.

I counted 8 seconds betweem the gunshot and when sayid finally saw her.

A lot could happen in 8 seconds.

uh huh. Blame it on Mahesh. Look out SJ, he will blame this one on poor M too.


I hope it was Ana Lucia. I can't stand her.

I think they will do Ana like they did Sawyer.


we all hated Sawyer at first, he was keeping meds from sick people.


Then he morphed into a cool dude.



Same with Ana, we will see her backstory, feel sorry for her, she will repent, and soften up,

and we will all love her.



That's my prediction. A much safer one that the CRAZY FRENCH LADY hiding in the bush's with a knife.

That could be it Illuminate. Here I was, thinking that she was out bumping uglies with Desmond. He was in the hatch a loooong time.

Where in the world (or on the island anyway) is Desmond?
I would think he would have been tickled to see a woman when he saw Kate. He did not have the reaction I would have expected.
I hadn't thought about the french lady wanting Sayid but that is a possibility.

next time we see desmond he'll be a zombie.

for some reason i like ana, i know she seems.... not too nice, but i think she's cool for some off reason
