Hilton In Hit & Run Car Crash

Paris Hilton and her current boyfriend, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, got into a car crash outside Hollywood hot spot Element around 2:30a.m.Wednesday morning.

Stavros was trying to avoid being photographed by the papparazzi so he tried driving with a jacket over his head. Obviously this meant he could not see where he was goping, so he crashed into the back of a parked truck and damaged his car. Reportedly they were later pulled over by Police and given a warning, Stavros was not breath-tested.

Paris had just left hotspot Element at around 2:30 A.M. and she got in the car with Stavros, Kimbo, and Laguna Beach hottie Talan.

Stavros was behind the wheel of the pimpin' Bentley when he hit a truck in front of the car, causing damage to the pimpmobile. As witnessed by many, after a few seconds, the car speeds away, NARROWLY missing a bystander on the street.

Soon after, the car was pulled over by the police, with all occupants standing outside the vehicle. At one point, our friends at the soon-to-be-launched mega entertainment website TMZ.com heard Talan telling police "I'm the only sober one, let's just go."

Then, in the most surreal life moment, Paris is also videotaped blowing a kiss to the cops as she says "We love the police."

There is no evidence on tape that the police ever conducted field sobriety tests on Stavros.

Thankfully no one was seriously hurt in the accident, so everyone can live to party again!

Update: Our paparazzi pal , Lee Bo Witz, who was at the scene of the accident, tells us exclusively that Stavros did indeed hit somoene.

"He hit an autograpgh collector with the car," Lee tells PerezHilton.com. "If you look at that (some of the pictures), you will see his hand (in a green jacket)."

Ouch.

However, Lee tells us that Stavros is not all too blame for the accident. "I blame his stupid publicist for this wreck," says Lee. "He told Stavros to keep his face covered as he was driving away, and then, we all know what happened."

Stavros has his own publicist? Who knew?!

Driving while keeping your face covered = not a good idea.

Night of Chaos Follows Crash

Following where we left off, after Paris, The Giant and Caroline went to Light at the Bellagio on Friday night, they then headed to the hottest spot in Vegas, the newly opened Tao mega club and restaurant, where they partied 'til the buttcrack of dawn.

On Saturday night, the trio was joined by Kelly Osbourne, who (like any good star worth their salt) was celebrating her birthday for umpteenth time. The party began at Peter Morton's Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where they were whooping it up at the Body English club. However, things got really wild when the party moved upstairs, to Paris & Stavros' suite.

We're sure the alcohol was flowing freely, and as is oft the case, a little ruckus debauchery ensued.

So what ended up happening? Stavros and crew got all rock star at the Hard Rock and ended up having a pillow fight / room trashing session!!

Things got so out of control, that those wild and crazy kids somehow broke a sprinkler sometime early Sunday morning, flooding several hotel rooms, causing the fire alarms to go off and evacuations!!

Stavros was seen shirtless and with white feathers in his hair, while his bodyguard told Hard Rock supervisors, "Why are you so upset? It's all going to be paid for," according to one report.

At least four rooms suffered water damage, and Stav could be slapped with a bill worth more than $100,000 for damages. The boy billionaire allegedly had to call his father to get the credit card charge OK'd.

After Stavros' latest 'incident,' Paris was overheard telling Kelly Osbourne, "I don't want them (the Hard Rock) to think I bring in people who do this stuff."

Could The Giant's out of control behavior cause a rift in his relationship with Paris? Hmm. NOT! She's finally found someone who can keep her pace.
