What's with the reruns???

Is anyone else totally annoyed at the reruns of the last two episodes Of Lost? I swear I've seen some of those scenes more than twice. For instance the scene where the chick from the back of the plane gets thrown into the pit with Sawyer, Michael and Jin. Another was when Jack pressed the button to start the 108 minutes over. What is that?

I missed the October 12th episode. Is that when the question of What did one snowman say to the other. I don't know what you all are talking about with that. Somebody explain, please.

I'm not too annoyed by the re-runs. If they had no breaks then the season would be over way too fast. And this was a relatively short break between new episodes.

The Question was asked in episode one. That one aired 21 September.

But there were two reruns in a row from the same season so recently aired for the first time. I feel as though I've memorized the dialogue. I'm amazed that anyone could theorize that the swan or some other mark appears on the shark. It was such a quick glimpse of the shark that I can't imagine anyone actually seeing it.

I can't say that I'm happy with this season's offerings. Last year the things they encountered on the island were far fetched and hard to imagine, but not as difficult as this year's shows so far.
I wish they would all get out of the hatch and back to the beach and the jungle. I find it actually tiresome.

Well, from my understanding, there were two weeks worth of reruns due to the baseball games. Who knows though. Most shows do rerun, in order to make their season stretch out until May, when the majority end for the summer hiatus. I don't like it, and would like to see some new episodes.... but, that's just how it is.

I'm not surprised. They showed reruns during last season too. That's one of the things that annoyed the hell outta me last season, and since I've been rather busy this year, I hadn't noticed too much, but I figured it would happen again. It's a way to squeeze out the most money from sponsors. By re-airing shows and charging sponsors for advertising time, the network is making a killing. It's a premium show (watched by a huge amount of people weekly, and it's spawned another successful show of the same type of genre...), so if a rerun airs, sponsors feel they'll still get their money's worth because people will still watch the rerun.

I hate it, but from a business standpoint, I can understand why they'd do it.

When is a new episode expected? I am going through Lost withdrawls

This next Wednesday... and I think that we are ALL going through those withdrawls. It's worse than trying to kick smoking withdrawls. DANG!
