Question about a possible "connection"

Okay, so I'm FINALLY getting to watch all of season one, thanks to my friend, who gave me her dvds.

Anywho....

from the first ep, when Jack was having a flashback of being on the plane. He's talking to that lady across the aisle from him.... the black woman.

Okay, so she says to him, "My husband went to the restroom"
He went to the back of the plane...

So, here's my HUGE connection question....

Is it possible that the man that we saw on the other side of the island, that tossed the guys in the pit... that he could be her husband?

This is just my thought!!! Wondering if that crept into anyone else's mind... and what you all think.

It is probably the case.


He looks younger than what I thought him to be, and he has an accent,

I had thought he would be a fattish older grey haired man. But that's a sterotype, so I bet thats him.


It would make sense.

I was soooooooooooooooooo on the money, guys. It was just the wrong guy... but, one of 'em, in that group! I wouldn't have even THOUGHT that had I not been watching season one today. I watched the first 8 episodes. I'm 1/3 through it, and things are starting to "click" for me, little by little.

sorry, i was tired that night. (cant funtion on 4 hours of sleep, 5 is my minimum; gotta work on that).
