| According to numerous reports, Britney and Kevin very foolishly made a homemade porno and they are now concerned that it's going to get out.
At a recent estate-planning meeting at the Katten Muchin Rosenman law firm in L.A.'s Century City, Spears confessed that a member of their entourage had threatened to release the X-rated footage of the two taken before Brit looked preggers.
"They believe it will be out in the coming months," says a source close to the couple.
To assess the impact the tape could have on their finances, they gave a copy to their lawyers on September 30th. And, what a tape it is!
"Everyone either laughed or was disgusted by it," says the source.
A source tells PerezHilton.com that it was a member of the production crew on Chaotic that got a hold of a tape of the two of them and it was "super gross." Just how gross? "Kevin was doing Britney and she was bleeding," says our source.
And now, Spears is reportedly trying to pay the person off to never show it.
