AFRICA'S Debt Relief is Another Scam

Eight richest countries agreed to cancel $40 bil in debts to African countries in Scotland. Tony Blair said its to eliminate Africa's by 2015.

This $40 bil write off is being compared to Marshall Plan but its just another scheme to exploit Africa's poor. Its about the IMF and World Bank getting money back to replace their loans.

London newspaper says 60% of foreign aid money goes toward administrative costs or " directly to middle-class (white) Westerners."

Africa's debt is twice that of any other region in world.
Africa carreies 11% of the word's debt.

So, is that 60% of ENGLAND'S foreign aid money? Whose money are we talking about here?

Also, who is indebted? Is it that African nations are indebted to Scotland, or is this the other way around?
