The Others....

Okay, so here's a theory on the "Others"

Is it possible, since seeing the preview from next week, where that lady tells Mike and Sawyer, that they were on a flight... 815, that the "Others" are actually those that were in the tail of the plane, that no one knows what happened to it?

The others looked a bit... EVIL... to me... they looked native to the island, and thirsty for blood. I'm guessing the "others" have been there a lot longer... I'd even go so far as to guess they are ghosts of people who were there a long time ago.

yea, i doubt that those freaky peoples were the other surviviors.

I think the other's were there before the distress call that went out sixteen years ago.

So, if they have been there since even before the french lady... WHO are they? Were they native inhabitants to this island? Or, were they placed there, so long ago, that they've become the way that they are?

And, is the french lady in cahoots with them? Didn't she have nail scrathes on her arm, last season, from Claire, when she was kidnapped by the Others?

It makes you wonder if they came from the old ship that they found. Maybe they are ghosts or some evil spirits from the black rock. * shrugs

After a second viewing I could see civilian clothes on them. But they also had weapons. Clubs with spikes, stuff like that. I'm guessing this "sickness" drives people kinda crazy. Makes them... zombie-like. They seemed wild, like prehistoric humans. Human-rabies, or something.

that one lady is in a skirt. Looks like a zombie, day of the dead movie.

They look like regular people to me not natives. I think they have been there so long they have become cave man like. Superstitous, all the weird stuff on the island might have driven them crazy. They didn't have somebody like Jack to make them come together. Maybe, maybe, maybe
