It's one of my b/f top ten probably, but I didn't like it that much, the ending didn't sit well with me.

Trading Places.

The Terminator.

Commando

Predator (I guess I was an Arnold fan back in the day...)

Rocky IV (That's the one with Dolph Lundgren, right?)

That's ok. I forgot The Abyss, and it happens to be one of my all-time top ten favorites... I guess I thought it was made in the 90's or something, because it really didn't even cross my mind....

I used to think Lost Boys was the coolest movie ever when I was a kid. Saw it again recently, a lot more lame this time around. Speaking of the Corey's, what about License To Drive?

Oh, and what about The Outsiders? I thought that movie was cool as hell. Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio, C. Thomas Howell, Patrick Swayze, Rob Lowe, Emilio Estevez, Tom Cruise , Diane Lane... a helluva cast.

Yeah, The Outsiders was a very good movie. Just saw Rain Man again last night, and thought it was awesome. There was also a movie with Robin Williams and Robert Deniro called The Awakening that I really thought was good. Also, Goodfellas. Was A Bronx Tale filmed in the late 80's? If so, that one was good too.

Also, Dangerous Liaisons. John Malkovich is a weird guy, and I hate the way he talks, but he's been in some pretty good flicks.

"Basic Instinct"

Impressed the hell out of me.

Didn't know Sharon could act too.

That movie was a trip.

The infamous interrogation scene is still mimicked.

My favourite movies of the '80's were (some still are)

Back to the Future.

The Breakfast Club.

Pretty in Pink.

Weird Science.

The Goonies.

The National Lampoons Vacation movies.

The Lost Boys.

Made In Heaven.

Stand By Me.

Nightmare on Elm Street.

Footloose.

Some Kind Of Wonderful.

The Pirate Movie.

Less Than Zero.

Lucas.

Wow...I watched a lot of television in the '80's!

I liked a lot of those, two. That Less Than Zero movie was rough. Filmed in my home town though.

Hey, how about Blade Runner?

Blade Runner ruled.

I still think Die Hard defined the Action/Adventure genre. It was incredible. Still is today.

Remember all those Blake Edwards movies? Blind Date with Bruce Willis, A Fine Mess with Ted Danson, and a few others. They kinda sucked but had funny moments.

I think "Blind Date" was a gutbuster.

Her boyfriend kept chasing them everywhere and accusing Bruce of *******************funnnny.

Reply To this Message

Posted by: HECK!

Yeah, it was John Laroquette. Excellent. One hallmark of Blake Edwards movies is there is always a foot race with the cast.
