Sandy ordered me to post this pic of Jack. She is in charge now.

My Inreview days, as my own person are over. Now I must post and act like the snivling little girly man that I am. And being a mod does not seem to help, either.

Yes dear, here is your pic:

I thought this was interesting. I copied it from somewhere else. Sorry, David is the writer in the family. I just copy and paste.

The Numbers were on the stuff he was injecting. CR 4-81516-23 42 is on the label. also it looks like his gun cabinet combo ends in 23-42...

I am sure the shots are just some kind of supplement. Living underground for X amount of years, I'm sure you would lack essential nutrients. Vitamin D comes mostly from the sun, I bet there is something in it to help with maintaining muscle.

did he have fruit too?

So those cursed numbers just come down to nutrients people living underground lack!

The mystery has been solved! Though I'm not sure I'd want to have any vitamins those Numbers were associated with

I found this sight with all these frame by frame pictures from the show.
There seems to be people who are speculating there is more than one person in the hatch. I guess that is kind of obvious since there are bunk beds and the guys gets off the top bunk. There is also supposedly a two person board game and a ping pong ball table in the room. There is speculation that there is more than one man shown in the first episode in the hatch we just haven't been told if they are showing the same man in the scenes or two. Anyway just some things to think about.

vs.

http://lost-media.com/modules.php?n...lbum=648&pos=25

Even though the second shot is limited, you can see that there are no dirty dishes left. Did he wash ALL of them (before he went on to do all the other things)? He wouldn't have had time later (after the breach of the hatch), as it seemed he was in a hurry.

I don't think the guy we saw in the beginning was Desmond. The hair was a different color.

I did not mean to say I was sure of anything in the post I copied with the perscription bottle. I was just copying that. I don't know what he is injecting into himself. I did speculate it was vitamins but it could be some kind of vaccine.

It could be a different guy. They seem to make a point of showing his dirty hands holding the gun in the last scene. He had just taken a shower but I guess his hands could have gotten dirty that fast. There difinitely could be two guys though.

Also, concerning Shannon's vision of Walt. The dog seemed to lead her to him.

I think it was a different guy too. The whole angle of the face is different as is the color of the skin.

and about the more than one person in the hatch, the pingpong table i think was turned up on one side so one person could play. that's what mom said at least later when i said something about a ping pong table. dunno. that's just what she said.

Last night I had a dream that FP started a Lost thread in the B2K forum. We all went to that thread and had intelligent discussion about Lost and taught everyone in the B2K forum how to speak without overusing IM abreviations. Sayzak praised FP for his part in this great accomplishment and I think he got some kind of award, like reward points or a banner above his alias. It was a good dream

I thought this was funny

In France, "Lost" is dubbed into French. So because it would seem weird to have only one person speaking French (Shannon), they changed Rousseau to "The Crazy German Chick" and had her speak German

This bit of fan-created dialogue was posted by "Superman's Pal" on the Alias/Lost Message Board.
***

I can just see it, next week, he's cooking breakfast in the hatch.

JACK: Hey Eko, these blueberry pancakes are great!

EKO: They are not blueberries, Jack.

JACK: Oh? What are they then?

EKO: Let me tell you a story. Once there was a man who was being chased by a tiger near the edge of a cliff. The man fell over the edge and caught a branch as he fell. As he hung from the branch, he looked up and saw the tiger above him growling. He looked below and saw jagged rocks hundreds of feet below him. And as his grip began to weaken, he looked at the branch he was clinging to and saw a single berry growing there. He plucked it and ate it; it was the sweetest berry he'd ever tasted. On our side of the island, I found such a branch and such a berry. It is this berry that I have cooked into your pancakes.

JACK: So... loganberry?

LOCKE: What are the odds?

EKO: The odds?

LOCKE: Two pieces of the same plane crash on opposite sides of the island. On our side, we find a hatch with a kitchen containing pancake mix, but no berries. On your side, you find berries but no pancake mix. Now you've found your way here and the berries are in the pancakes, right where they belong.

EKO: Do not mistake happenstance for predestination.

JACK: Are they cranberries?

I don't know how many of you are 24 fans, not many I guess,

but the previews for this Monday nights episode of 24, shows the actor who plays Desmond, on a roof with Jack Bauer. Looks like he is a bad guy.

I will laugh if he calls Jack Bauer "Brother."

Update:

Desmond was on the episode of 24. Had a major role that show. Played a German secret agent that would not give Jack some secrets.

Jack tricked him into giving him the info, and double crossed him.

Desmond didn't have the Irish accent. It sounded American, though I could not place it. Then I just figured that he was trying to do an American accent, since he is from somewhere in that Great Britain area.

He looked leaner and tanner, that in Lost, like his face had lost some weight.

And Ana solves an old mystery? Cindy alive?

this will be either the best episode ever, or is a bunch of web con artists having fun with us.

Richard Bachman is Stephen King's fako name he used to write books without the King name on them. This has to be a joke.

I wonder how you would enter an underwater hatch. It seems the lid would open, and the water would pour in. Maybe you would swim under a wall and find an air pocket, then enter.

Reply To this Message

Posted by: Pippin

I'd assume they would do it the same way that shuttlepods enter the main ship. They fly in to an empty room between the outer door and the rest of the ship, get the door to the outside shut nice and tight, and flood in the oxygen, then open the door to the rest of the ship.

Reply To this Message

Posted by: Lawless

That's exactly what I would be thinking.

Or, the entrance would be under a rock, that's got an opening under it.... and you swim up into it, and come out of the water!
