Tuesday is by far the lamest day for TV shows, IMO. I cannot find anything worthwhile, and am hoping that the fall 05 programming lineup will change all this.

What are some good shows for tuesdays? I am in need of some decent shows, network, cable, anything.

Right now I am watching back to back cops on court-tv from 8-10! That followed by The Takedown which is good. I think I can stand to cut out ONE of the COPS episodes, lol..

I assume you're in the U.S... Tuesday's I watch Big Brother and Rescue Me. Not a whole lot on during the summer though.

Once the Fall season gets underway, Tuesday is '24' day.

Rescue me is entertaining. 24 is great, and that's just about the only think on tuesdays.

Tuesday is good for me. Ed, Desperate Housewives, followed by Tru Calling. Thursdays suck for me, if I feel like watching telly I just watch the day's rerun of Rockstar INXS then a video (or those new-fangled DVD do-whackies).

Tuesdays is a great night for TV in my opinion. You've got Scrubs and then House. There's also The Office, which is very funny but competes with Scrubs, so I don't get to see it that often.

By far, the best is 24. It is so intense and Keifer Sutherland is great! The show is based on one our everyday. Every show is action packed and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I definitely recommend it.

Wow Scrubs moved to Tuesdays?

House is on at 9 on fox. It is really good.

I'm trying to get into scrubs now.... but...

I don't know, I just find it stupid. Is that normal?

It is kind of stupid. I used to love it, but now I am over it. I can take it or leave it.

I see. They're only playing the first season here and I find some jokes mildly amusing, but its just plain weird for the most part. And the advertisements they have just make it look dumber than it really is (the ad they show here just has everybody doing weird things with added sound effects... its really irritating).

Nip/Tuck, but I cannot figure out the fx schedule for my time zone. It's nearly 10pm still no nip/tuck and Phonebooth movie is only half way through now.

Maybe 11pm? I dunno.

But they are surgically removing an obese woman from a couch. Good times.

Hasn't it always been on Tuesdays? Oh man, what if I misremembered and it's started already and that's why I've not seen it yet and now I'm missing episodes??!

It's kind of stupid, but they pull it off so well and the timing is all so perfect that it is outright hilarious. Example: two of the doctors were talking about weight-loss, and the old doctor said that so-and-so lost 300 pounds on some diet. We see the guy across the room wearing his old pants holding them out on the sides like people do in those weight-loss commercials. The camera goes back to the two doctors, and the old one is like, "I don't know why he still wears those pants."

I love the show. I think it is excellently funny

Tuesday kind of rules now with The Office and My Name Is Earl. Oh what a difference a season makes...

I been catching My name is earl when I can.

It's funny.

I watch Biggest Loser on NBC, then stick around for My name is Earl.

Wait, wait, wait... you stick around? Fatties doing jumping jacks so they can vote on other people to be ousted via a card on a plate is better than Earl? You have made a country weaker today

My favorite quote from this week, was "You know Bruce in banging Demi and they don't tell Aston!"

(paraphrased, I don't remember things right sometimes)

It's a a-1 show.

As for Biggest Loser, I enjoy seeing emotional obese people cry. It's a weekness.

Plus they sometimes get locked in rooms full of food for an hour and get punished if they eat something. Quality show, that

I still think House is the best thing on Tuesday nights these days, though. Next is The Office, then Law and Order: SVU, then Earl, then Biggest Loser
