So now that Dumbledore has died, does that mean that the fidelus charm no long is in effect for number 12 Grimmauld Place? OR does the secret go with him? Is he forever the secret keeper now.

I'm not sure about this, i hope that it the house owner becomes the keeper

I don't think you can inherit a fidelus charm. I think it would either go with the secret keeper, or you would have to perform a new charm.

I think the Fidelius Charm is no longer in effect.When Dumbledore died the Petreficus totalus(or what is was) was lifted,so I think that whatever spell,charm,hex,jinx,curse he did lifted including the Fidelius Charm.

And I wonder,the Fidelius Charm on Godric's Holoow.....?

True. I think the charm is lifted too. The idea of that secret going to the grave so to speak seems a little too easy.

Does it actually say in the book that Dumbledore was the secret keeper? I don't remember that.

Yes it does in book 5. Moody says that Dumbledore is the secret-keeper and the note that Harry read was in Dumbledore's handwriting.

But not all spells die with the person, for instance the spells the hogwarts founders still stood, im sure there are others

That is true. Sirius's dad make the house unplottable and that stood.

but the debt is really a spell is it, it wasnt cast, its more like nature's spell
