What's to happen in the seventh and final installment of Harry Potter?

Hogwarts doesn't seem like it will be open after this year, and Harry has vowed, regardless of whether Hogwarts is open or closed, to seek and destroy Voldemort.

As he'll be of age, he can basically do anything he wants. Will he employ the help of the Order of the Phoenix, or will he rather take upon this quest by himself? Will he take Ron and Hermione up on their offer to go with him? Will Mrs. Weasley let it happen?

Is Harry a powerful enough wizard to be able to take on the darkest of all wizards? Will Benson find out Chuck and Bob's secret no, wait...

Will the final, climactic battle between good and evil in the wizarding world end, at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? Will anyone let their kids go there, knowing the death eaters have seemling easy access?

So many questions...

What do you think will happen from this point on?

I think that the three will go on the quest to destroy the horcruxes. Mrs. Weasley can do nothing because Ron is of age now. Hermione alread is of age as well. It will be hard on her not to go to Hogwarts and be Head Girl. She really wanted it.

I think the Order will exist to take down as many death eaters as they can to help Harry out. Who will take over as leader is the big question? Harry can't tell the order about his mission, but he can request that they do things for him. It seems to me that with him coming of age this summer, that Harry should be the leader of the order, and damn it, he should get his own Chocolate Frog card at last!

I think the other questions are

Will wormtail payback the debt he owes Harry?

Will Harry ever learn to control his thoughts to become a powerful wizard ?

Wormtail's slid away into the backgrounds, there's barely been a mention of him for a while... it may come into play later that he owes Harry, but I doubt it'll be much of a big deal

Learning to control his thoughts is a good point, though. He cannot take down Snape at the moment, not until he learns to block his thoughts.

It does raise the question, though. Last year, was Snape actually trying to break Harry's mind open further, like he suspected?

He might have been. I do think that Hermione will press him to learn control. She is now his voice of reason. Harry just has to remember to use non-verbal spells as well. IF he is smart, he will retrieve the potions book, learn every spell, and use it against Snape. MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! er, it seemed like a good place for an evil laugh.

You know, I think of Wormtail as a Grimma type character. He is a whipped dog, that one day may bite his master. James was his friend, and you never know what that debt may do. He may find the one moment of courage in his life and act upon it.

Non Verbal will do no good against Snape though. Half of the problem at the end of Half-Blood Prince was that even if Harry could do a non-verbal spell, Snape can invade his mind and hear what spell he's planning

I hope the sucker dies a painful death though.

I think Bellatrix has a secret thing for him. Yeah, I know she is married, but still.

Anyhoo, I hope that Snape, if he did turn, gets what he deserves. I do think that Harry will learn to block his thoughts. His life depends on it now doesn't it.

Snape, my prediction is that no matter what side he is on, he will die in the last book.
