| Beyonce's reputation as a hard-nosed pop businesswoman took something of a knock this week, when she burst into tears live on telly as soon as the topic of the Destiny's Child split came up.
The girls were being interviewed for the MTV show Total Request Live, and they were asked about the kind of things they would miss about being Destiny's Child. Beyonce opened her mouth to reply, but had to stop when she started crying.
A sympathetic Kelly was quick to jump in, saying "this is not cool because we're very emotional. We call it the end of a chapter, which is still a beautiful thing because there's more chapters to come individually. We still haven't had kids yet, we're not married. We're not breaking up. We're growing up.
