The US media left-wing bias myth finally exploded

The US media is often accussed incorrectly of having a left-leaning bias. Doesn't the downing street memo finally nails this myth on the head? The US media has been silent and scared to report the memo that proved that intelligence was being "fixed" to provide the necessary pretext for Bush to start a war in Iraq. What else is the media not reporting? And why are they incapable of standing up and revealing the truth about the Bush administration? Is this still something to do with the 9/11 attack?

This is a question worth to be debated. I will browse to try to find some interesting articles issued by an american media because, indeed, I have yet to see in-depth reporting about this major point.
