Funny how the tide changes in just one week.

Last we heard of Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz, the two were set to get married, which later turned out to be inaccurate. Now, could Justin and Cameron be over before they walk down the isle?

A reader just wrote in to alert PerezHilton.com that on the Jamie and Danny radio show in LA this morning, the hosts announced that they had seen pictures of Cameron Diaz kissing the producer of her TV show, Trippin', while Justin was getting throat surgery!

And that's how the cookie crumbles.

PerezHilton.com just took a look at the cover of this week's National Enquirer, which blurts out:

Update #2: According to the Enquirer and accompanying PHOTOS, Cameron was snapped kissing Shane Nickerson in broad daylight, outside an LA sound studio.

"They were going at it, making out big time," says an eyewitness.

Nickerson is the supervising producer on Cameron's MTV show, and he's also married! And he has a one-year old daughter.

"Shane and Cameron met on Trippin' and hit it off immediately. But since both were attached to other people, they kept it business-like," one friend revealed. "But when they traveled together for the show, her attraction to him took on a life of its own. "

The Enquirer alleges that Cameron and her producer "friend" hooked up while traveling the world, "but they vowed to keep their relationship strictly for their travels."

Another friend added, "I think Cameron's Hollywood stardom just totally cast a spell over Shane."

Poor Justin. Is he going to go crying to Britney Spears?

Shane Nickerson posted the following on his Nickerblog just moments ago:

"To the people at National Enquirer that decided Mother's Day was a good day to invade my life and create this week's lie: I don't know how you sleep at night. Your work is shameful and evil."

"One of the reasons this is so stupid is because you know that if I was hooking up with CD you'd have been the first one I high-fived," Shane told his wife. "She laughed because she knows me. If The National Enquirer knew me at all, they'd have saved whatever money they paid for this supposed picture."

The photo isn't really of them "making out big time" It looks more like he gave her some really good news and she is REALLY thanking him.

This could be the straw the breaks the camels back though, they've had their rough spots the last few months and this could really damage the relationship.

So, I guess Timberlake will say "bye-bye-bye-bye-bye"

It looks as though they were talking and she was upset about something and he gave her a comforting hug. I certainly don't the "making out" and if there were photos of them actually lip-locked, you know they'd be there too.

DIAZ SLAMS PRODUCER ROMANCE REPORTS

Cameron Diaz has slammed reports she is cheating on lover Justin Timberlake with her travel show producer Shane Nickerson.

Witness Oscar Duran told a magazine he saw Diaz French-kissing Nickerson -- who produces the actress' MTV show "Trippin'" -- outside a Santa Monica, Calif., studio last Wednesday.

Duran says, "Cameron wrapped her arms around the guy and started kissing him on the mouth. They stood kissing for a good three minutes."

Diaz, 32, and Timberlake, 24, will celebrate their two-year anniversary this month, while Nickerson has a 1-year-old daughter Lucy with his wife, Elisa.

British newspaper the Sun reports that, when asked for comment about the alleged smooch, Nickerson replied, "Oh no, I can't talk to you. You'll have to talk to MTV."

However, Diaz's publicist Brad Cafarelli insists, "Shane Nickerson is a friend of Cameron's and a valued associate who works with her on her MTV show. They do not have any sort of romantic relationship whatsoever."

Diaz and Timberlake will lend their voices to another Shrek sequel

Actress Cameron Diaz is suing The Sun newspaper over a story claiming she was having an affair with a married man.

The Hollywood star, who is in a relationship with singer Justin Timberlake, was pictured with another man on the front page on Thursday.

Her solicitors Schillings said the allegations were "false". The Sun was unavailable for comment.

The 32-year-old actress has enjoyed huge success in films including Charlie's Angels and Shrek.

'Secret affair'

"Cameron Diaz has today instructed her solicitors Schillings to issue and serve libel proceedings against the publishers of The Sun newspaper," a statement said.

The story was "falsely alleging that she had embarked upon a secret affair with a married man", it added.

Timberlake is taking unconnected legal action against the News of the World over a story that claimed he cheated on Diaz.

That case is expected to go to jury trial in London in October, Schillings partner Simon Smith said.

Make no mistake about it, no matter how glammed up Cameron Diaz might be these days, she's still a Cubana chica from Long Beach that went to school with Snoop Dogg, and she will sue a *****'s ass!

She just finished representing on british tabloid The Sun for an article from May 2005 that alleged she was caught making out with a married man. Kudos to Notorious C.A.M. for keeping her record clean. Hollywood is definitely no place for extramarital affairs.

Cameron's lawyer, Simon Smith, said she got an out of court settlement from News Group Newspapers, publishers of The Sun, but declined to mention the exact agreement. No doubt it included some brass knuckles, Vaseline for her face, and a shank for her next paparazzi beat down with her favorite sidekick, Justin Timberlake riding shot gun.
