funny tech calls

okay. you know the little hole on cd-rom drives that you can use to trigger the eject mechanism on the cd-rom? one item you can use is a paper clip. here is a picture of a paper clip in use and a tech call from a person who apparently missed the paper clip technology band wagon.

its amasing how short some peoples fuses are when it comes to these suport phone lines, but to be fair they were proberbly on hold for the hour(s) before the call ... it cracks me up
