SHE's the most famous woman in pop, but Madonna's celebrity status is lost on author James Jackson - who mistook her for a tea lady!
The novelist was delivering a script to Madge's movie director hubby Guy Ritchie, when he came across the 46-year-old mum-of-two. He says: "I went into the office and there was a small lady sitting in a chair, so I asked her for a cup of tea. When I later found out it was Madonna, I was just a little bit embarrassed! I did wonder why she looked a bit vague when I asked her."
