Her website hits beat busty Pamela Anderson into second spot But experts say pop princess Britney Spears would still be winning the battle of the blondes if she had not gone brunette recently. Sources claim she binned the bleach after getting pregnant. Britney insisted it was because 'there are so many blondes out there right now'
Paris was most sought after on the Lycos search engine, which is used for seven billion searches a year. Other blondes to be honoured include children's toy Barbie, who was No.8 - beating pop queen Madonna and pint-sized Kylie Minogue, who came in at 9th and 10th respectively. Reese Witherspoon, who starred as a Barbie-like lawyer in the Legally Blonde films, also featured into the chart at No.15. Other popular blondes were TV series Lizzie McGuire star Hillary Duff, who came in at No. 3, and tennis star Anna Kournikova, at No.4. All-American beauty Jessica Simpson is at No. 5, followed by Anna Nicole Smith and rock chick Courtney Love. The world's most iconic blonde, Marilyn Monroe, was 13th on the list, followed by Charlie's Angels star Farrah Fawcett.
