ok this is wat up
i have a court date set because i had sex with a male that was older than me and it was classified as sp and yall know wat happens then we gotta go to court now. im afraid to go tocourt though because im not gonna testify agains him like that
it doesnt make any sence because it wasnt rape to me
he was just older
i told him i didnt want to but he told me if i did he would leave me alone for the rest of my life. and i liked those words so i did it and we got caught so now we have to go to court so do yall think i should testify against him?

Go and testify. Tell the truth. We have laws on the books to protect minors. He was older. He knew better. When you are older you might regret not going to court. Who knows, he maybe looking at only underage girls. You may save another family some grief.

The problem you may have is that your indescretion will be publicized for everyone to see.

It will not be good for you...anyway...whatsoever.

An out of court settlement of some type would be better for your future life and reputation.

Perhaps some limitation of contact may work for your benefit.

The guy sounds like a true nutcase and may cause you a worse situation if you let all this come out in a public venue.

she's a minor, so it will not be public. no need to worry about that.

I dont think there is much she can say that will help the guy personally. I mean its against the law.

I dont think she should lie though. If she consented, then she should state that.

I mean he didnt force her, in the sense of forcing her. If he told her something and she bought it, then she needs to say that...but he certainly didnt "force" her physically.

Dont lie to the court...thats perjury, no matter what your age...you know wrong from right obviously...and you cant lie.

But I think he is gonna do time regardless. They dont look kindly to older guys messing with young gals. (At least the courts that I know dont).
