Jessica Simpson Charms Her Way Out Of A Ticket

Star magazine reports that Jessica Simpson charmed her way out of a speeding ticket near the couple's Calabasas, California home on March 2nd. "The cop said that Jessica had been speeding in a 35 mph zone," a source revealed. "He didn't give her a ticket, though. She obviously charmed him." I remember reading that Paris Hilton has never paid a single fine in her life, she charms the police out of giving her tickets and offers to go on dates with them if they don't give the ticket. She never goes out on dates, but it's a good line to give.
