Top Ten Reasons why the AMERINAZIS invaded IRAQ

10 Its been months since they bombed somebody.

9 Weak countries should do as they are told {bushheil!!}

8 Bombing Iraq's neighbours would not have been as much fun.

7 Where else would Perle's company get such a lucrative contract.

6 Now American oil companies can manage the oil for the Iraqi's........minus a fee for the cost of liberating them { Iraqis} from themselves with bombs of mass destruction to save them from weapons of mass destrucion........oh never mind it didn't make any sense when the US said it either.

5 They dress funny, where as rednecks in overalls are the [sic] height of fashion.

4 They talk funny .... not one Iraqi has been quoted as saying Y'ALL to anybody.

3 They smell funny..... they bathe regularily.

2 They could be the next Nazi germany... except for the lack of resources...modern technology...desire to enslave the world etc.

1 The US needs to brag about the size of their bombs to compensate for a lack of size where it counts ...nudge... nudge ...wink.. wink!!

Oh. Ithought thetop 10 reasons were:
1/oil
2/oil
3/oil
4/oil
5/oil
6/oil
7/oil
8/oil
9/oil
10/ revenge for bush's daddy

But writing that Americans are Nazis is simply stupid.

still on the oil kick frenchfries? Ooookay?

Anyways...Rowdy, quite an interesting generalization. Perhaps you would like to come here and find out the facts before you state stupid things like this.

Whats the deal with the "we smell funny because we bathe regularly"? Its called cleanliness. I think you are confusing your stench with something that smells good. Perhaps a suggestion if I may?.........try taking a shower once in awhile, you might find that its nice.

As far as size goes.....sounds as if your own insecurities are coming through.

Well.....I don't really have anything else to add. It's hard to debate with the brainless! But I'll tell you what...post a statement that has a slight show of some smarts and perhaps then we can talk. I doubt if that can happen though, after all, Ive read some of your other crap. Bottom line: You're useless!

A couple of quick things here... my admittingly ignorant jokes aside I was inferring that Iraqis bathe and that must be why racists tend to say retarded things like they smell funny.

This thread was not intende to be anything than a venting of frustration at the fact that many intelligent discussions have been started on these boards only to have pro US replies as idiotic "WE KICK ASS" and so on. Hard to argue with that type of reasonning. Peace.

Funny....I was thinking the same about the anti-war argument, which I find also hard to argue with. No reasoning there either!

You have a point. Many people on both sides of the argument have lost their ability to be rational and have slipped into petty insults. That is not the way toward intelligent, open debate on these issues.

Well, yes, because I hardly see other reasons for this war.

Fighting terrorism? A joke, you are spreading it.
WMD? Still not found, and if they were in Iraq, lootings spread them.
Free Iraq? Come on...
Punish a dictator? Please, be serious...

Oil? Sorry, It's the last and only possibility.
I thus rejoin the huge majority of pepole thinking that.

Top Ten Reasons why the AMERINAZIS invaded IRAQ

10 Yeah, we were bored and needed something to do. Hollywood is getting boring.

9 Mexico doesn't - why not bomb them?

8 Sure - only in the words of an ignoramus who doesn't know the history of the middle east.

7 Venezuela

6 yup, we spent 80 billion dollars and killed our men for ONLY oil - not the brightest crayon in the box.

5 Dress funny? I'm not sure I get this one since people dress that way here at work and all over America. Invalid comment that holds no truth.

4 Eh? What do you mean Eh? Eh Eh?
you talk funny Eh?
I talk to Canadians ALL day and I understand Iraqis more then you.
I know about 200 (that i would call 'my friends') people and none of them say "ya'all"

3 Actually, it's Ba'athe and it is pronounced in a different manner so this cannot be logically compared.

2 Who?

1 You know, I could say" Right - at least we have something to brag about. "

frenchfries,
The price of gas in the U.S. is $1.65 a gallon. What's the price of gasonline in France? $2.00 a litre? Who needs the oil more? U.S. or France? I'll say it again. "WE DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE OIL".
Give it a rest.
The people who need gas the most is Iraq. They have the biggest shortage.

The reason for the high price of fuel in europe is the level of taxation, which is to curb high levels of emissions - something the Americans do not care about, (Kyoto, CAFE etc etc).

The American price of fuel is essentially negated when you consider the average fuel consumption of American cars. 7 litre pick ups consume far more petrol. What really amuses me though, is that due to the disregard for fuel efficiency, the American cars are so absolutely crap. It does really make me laugh when I hear Bush talk about CAFE tightening being bad as it will make cars "less safe"

American cars are the least safe cars, because American cars cannot go around corners. Handling is not something that is considered important, just size. Typical American attitude of bigger=better. Everything must be BIG. The fact that my car could wet all over pretty much any American car, certainly when it comes down to on a track, (where going around corners is important), does not matter. Also, I would not consider a dirty great big truck particuarly safe for anyone that may be hit by it.

But all of this is irrelevant. Bush is receiving lots of money from the oil companies who want to sell more oil, and the car companies who want to help the oil companies more by pushing out bigger and less efficient cars. No brain work needed in car design. No regard for handling, no regard for quality, no regard for fuel efficiency, all we need to do is make them BIG. And when we start to run out of natural resources, all we need to do is kill a few more towel heads.

I would like you to be right, but I still can't believe that oil has nothing to do with this war. Because as previously posted, none of the war reasons happened to be verified.
Regarding the high price of oil, scottc -thanks mate!- answered you.

I am right. Most of our Oil comes from Saudi. They hate us more than Europe so, if we wanted oil, why wouldn't we attack Saudi instead of Iraq?
They are the ones funding Terrorism WW and teach their children to hate Jews and Americans.

Obviously you have never been here.
Why would we need cars that turn? All of our roads and interstates run in straight lines here. Hell, we don't even need steering wheels.
People by SUVs because they can and gas is so inexpensive. We also have heavy tax on fuel.
Then again, I own 3 cars. Two are Hondas and one is a "Great big dirty truck" that get's 30 MPG. Gee, how did that happen?
As for performance? Who gives a crap. I get to work and back in comfort. Besides, I'll bet I pay less for my car than you do. Even for the same car.
The car you drive is probably co-owned by and American car company.

"...hate us more than Europe so..."

HATE ? Do you know the exact meaning of this word?

The word disagree would be much more appropriate. Perhaps is it time for you to make a trip in Europe mate.
Stop watching TV, it's bad for you: even Mrs Albright said that medias went much to far against europe.

Come to Europe, an you will reconsider you opinion.

Yes I have been to the US. A couple of years ago, I worked for a company based in Houston TX. I was forced to go for the "induction". I have also been to visit my brother who lives in Chicago. I have driven American cars both then, and when a friend of mine suggested I try his American car. He had a corvette Z06, and I found it the worst drivers car ever. The handling was attrocious, and whilst being pretty quick 0-60, it could not be exploited since I felt like it was about to disintegrate beneath me. I have raced him in his Z06, and won. You see, my hobby is racing. I reguarly go to the track with my car, and I am a member of the Porsche owners club which organises such races. I do not own a car co-owned by an American company, pure german and proud of it. (I drive a Porsche 996).

You are right about the lack of bends though. This is why it is so funny to watch the American car chases. I have watched a car chase in America before where the cop actually said over his radio, "Oh my god this guy is a lunatic, he is doing a hundred miles per hour", shortly before he turned his steering wheel and crashed his car on a 10 lane highway going totally straight.

WTF????. A person unable to control an automobile at 100 going straight should not be on the road. Unfortunately, something I found whilst in America is that this is pretty typical of American drivers. This is why you like driving lorries. Who needs the ability to drive when you are in a bigger automobile?.

So now stating the fact that American cars are s*ite is anti Americanism . I am personally a car lover. This is why I hate American cars. If you were to bother to ask, all European car lovers hate American cars because they are so renowned for being crap. European cars rule the roost, and the reason is the absolute superiority. Handling, performance, and quality are all virtues non existent in American cars. Big is good in America.

What do you believe is the greatest car?. Is it the British Macaren F1?, the German Porsche GT2?, the Italian Ferrari 360?, the British Jaguar XJ220, or maybe the corvette Z06

American cars = big cars because that is the religion of the Americans. Big = good. The thing is that you are the only people that think this way, and you are laughed at as a result. Pure hick mentality is that of "I have a big red truck and proud of it"

Perhaps you can get back on track and start talking about more important things than Americans in general. again, when you generalize, that means to me that you dont understand, which makes you brainless, and ultimately makes it more difficult for me to speak with the brain dead. Wow...I guess we are done talking then huh?

You're right that most Americans drive like crap. (I am American.) This is why they get scared driving in foregin cournties where most people actually have some clue how to drive. Aside from being unfamiliar to them, round-abouts scare them to death because they actually have to pay attention to what's going on around them. I use the term they because I actually enjoy driving in foreign coutnries where most of the drivers around me actually know that I am there.

And the Vette is designed as a "straight-line" car. People who buy them buy them for their looks and speed not to win in the turns. We've got a lot of space here so we like to go fast. Compare Indy or NASCAAR to Lemans. Please respect our culture.

You're wrong about the big car thing. People buy big cars for a variety of reasons:

1) They're more roomy & comfortable.

2) They "win" accidents.

3) They carry around lots of stuff.

4) They have more room for cupholders and cellphone mounts.

5) They have 4-wheel drive. (Not that they know how to use it. Most of the people who drive off of the road on the way to ski areas are in 4-wheel SUVs - at least from what I've seen.)

This has really gotten off topic, but I can't resist, especially since there isn't a "Let's talk about cars" area. I'll work on that.

Personally, I've driven in England and rode in a car in Germany. I'll have to agree to some extent on American cars being... Well I refuse to say crap but let's just say not quite as good. I actually own 2 non American cars. A 94 Jaguar XJ6 and a Mitsubishi 3000GT and I love both of them. As far as American drivers, you know why there are no bad drivers in Germany.... They're all dead from high speed accidents. Well that's what I heard, and Whoa the drivers in England. Making a 2 lane highway a 3 lane highway 2 lanes in each direction.

Ok I'm sure you need an explaination. 2 lane road and people passing cars in them middle of 2 lanes of traffic going both directions. Oh yeah I played that game too.

And roundabouts I love them and wish we had them in the US instead of a lot the stop signs and stop lights. The only exception to loving roundabouts is the Magic Roundabout in Swindon. That one is just too confusing. If you've never seen it, it's 5 roundabouts around 1 roundabout. Whew which one or ones do you use. I'm sure that I did it wrong.

And yes we have some bad drivers but all countries have bad drivers. Did you ever see the show about White Van drivers in England. And what about the lady that couldn't turn right.

Obviously generalisations do not apply to all. However, where you grow up heavily influences the type of person you are. Therefore, generalisations can be a fairly accurate reflection of the majority of the population. This does not just apply to the US. I am British, and since living in other countries I can see generalisations that are pretty accurate regarding the brits. For instance, we are overly polite to strangers. If someone bumps into you by accident on the street, we say "sorry", even though it was the other guy that bumped you. We are also incredibly arrogant regarding other languages. Everywhere we go in the world, we expect everyone else to speak our language in their country. I am totally guilty of this, since I have spent 3 years living in the Netherlands, and my Dutch language skills extend to reading menu's . I can also point out generalisations regarding the Dutch. They are incredibly rude and obnoxious. They will not hold a door open for the person behind, even if it is a pregnant woman. (I know, my wife had this happen when she was pregnant many times).

Basically, I am attempting to demonstrate the reasoning that despite the fact that America trounced all over world opinion, had no justification for this war, bullied weak nations, and slaughtered thousands, Americans are actually towing the line of a president so insane, that the rest of the world is looking on in horror. Essentially, when you grow up in an environment whereby the government does its absolute best to instill mind control of the masses by fear and patriotism, a large number will think the same way as you do.

Sorry about going off on the car tangent though. Like I said, I am a car lover and I really do hate American cars and I have a friend that drives a corvette, which means that myself and all our other friends constantly take the piss . I guess I couldnt resist it.

Incidentally, Ron, you have good taste in cars. I love Jags, and I have raced a 3000GT twin turbo, and it was pretty close. Jap cars are loads of fun, never driven a 3000GT, but I drove an Impreza turbo once. You just feel the need to drive everywhere sideways

You are doing a very poor job if that is what you are attempting. In fact, I would say that you have failed miserably in your attempts.

You have, however, shed some light on one thing... that those who are 'looking on in horror' are one mixed up bunch of people.

This McLaren (which is German BTW) costs $1,000,000; Porsche GT2 ~ $300,000; Ferrari and Jaguar around that too. Comparing to $50,000 z06? Dont be so cheap man.

Driving skills measured by the ability to drive in a straight line at 100. The point being the American copper saw a guy doing a hundred as being outragous. In europe, the only dangerous thing about doing a hundred is the possibility of being caught and fined.

Well that depends on the track. American tracks are the most boring in the world. Look at the difference between Indy racing and Formula 1 racing. Indy = big round track, so basically the same as a straight road. Formula 1 = lots of chicanes and sharp turns meaning drivers need more skill. This is why Nigel Mansell was able to go straight to Indy and kick everyones ass, even when he was too big and fat for F1.

Incidentally, the Mclaren is British, the engine is German, but it is a British company, designed in Britain, and made in Britain. I am making a comparison based on drivability and quality. The point being American cars are terrible. Look at an altogether cheaper alternative, the Jaguar XKR. This is around the 60,000 dollar mark, 4 litre supercharged engine. Once again capable of handling with excellence. I test drove one when I got mine. Truly great car, but I dont like automatics.

The point being made was Big=good in good ol USA. The bigger the better. Obviously I realise that my experience with the USA was with Texas, which is the extreme of Bigology, but this still does hold true when you look at American society.

I do not watch racing because of the BIG borring round track - then again - i do not watch tv much. I like to get out and explore - caving, climbing whatever.

The reason why Saudi Arabia hasn't been bombed to date, and in particular following the September 11th attacks, is because of just that fact, that most of U.S imported oil comes from Saudi Arabia. However now that the Government in Iraq has been ousted by the U.S and the U.N sanctions have been dropped, one of the worlds most untapped and oil rich countries is now open for buiness. You can bet everything you own that Iraq will be the main supplier of oil to the United States within a few short years, leaving any economic and political dependancy on the existance of strong U.S-Saudi relations in tatters. Saudi Arabia will be frozen out by the United States and a one time close Allie will become the focus of yet more "diplomatic" pressure backed by military threats. You will hear the same rhetoric used by the United States against the Saudi's that was used before, during, and after this war on Iraq. Let the liberation begin....
