HILTON SUES PUBLISHERS OVER PHOTO

Heiress Nicky Hilton is suing an Australian magazine, claiming it misused a picture of her.

Hilton claims a photograph in NW magazine -- which is owned by Kerry Packer's ACP Publishing -- made it appear she endorsed Pony Shoes.

In a statement lodged with Sydney Federal Court, Hilton insists she would normally be paid for such a snap, particularly as it accompanied the line, "Pony Shoes are the hottest item in Hollywood right now. In just two years Pony Shoes have worked their way onto the feet of Hollywood celebs including Nicky Hilton and more."

They do that kind of thing all the time. They always have Paris and other people in whatever they're wearinga nd the brand names so you can go out and copy their style.

While the celeb is not offically endorsing the product, they wouldn't be wearing it if they didn't like it, so it's an unofficial endorsement.
