A six and a half months pregnant, Denise Richards has filed for devorce for "actor" husband Charlie Sheen.Richards sites irreconcilabel differences.

The couple already has one child, Sam who is 11 1/2 months old.

I am not really believing this 100% yet, until I get a confirmed, reliable source. They looked so happy at the Oscars.

That's surprising... I suppose. She's prego with one-year-old. I mean, she can afford childcare and all, but still. Of course I'm assuming she's taking the kids. Who knows.

LOS ANGELES - Actress Denise Richards has filed for divorce from her actor-husband Charlie Sheen, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court papers filed Wednesday.

Richards, 34, is six months pregnant with the couple's second child. They also have a daughter, Sam, who will be a year old next week.

The couple married in June 2002 and co-starred in "Scary Movie 3." Richards and Sheen, 39, met while shooting the independent film "Good Advice" in 2000.

They began dating after Richards guest-starred on Sheen's former series "Spin City." The marriage was Sheen's second and Richards' first.

Sheen, who now stars in the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men," is best known for his work in the movies "Platoon," "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" and "Hot Shots."

Richards, a former Bond girl, has appeared in a host of movies, including "Wild Things" and "Starship Troopers."

Denise Richards cites 'irreconcilable differences' for divorce

The Hollywood actor, who quit his womanising ways when he married former Bond Girl Denise in 2002, allegedly returned to his old ways at the star-studded bash, according to American newspapers, who reported there were pictures of him with the women.

Sources claim Denise, who is pregnant with the couple's second child, was left furious when she heard the news and decided to file for divorce.

However, Sheen's manager, Mark Burg, has denied the claims, saying: "There are no pictures because there was no party."

Last week, it was revealed Denise, 32, had filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences".

In the legal papers, the stunning actress requested "miscellaneous jewellery and other personal effects" as well as "earnings and accumulation of petitioner from and after the date of separation". She also wants full custody of the couple's unborn child and their one-year-old daughter, allowing Sheen visiting rights.

Last December, Denise and Charlie, who appeared at last month's Golden Globes together, announced their joy at her pregnancy. Their spokesman said at the time: "They are incredibly thrilled. It's a wonderful present for them and little Sam."

The couple married on June 15, 2002 and welcomed a baby girl, Sam, in March 2004. After her meeting, Denise enjoyed a chocolate bar in her car and headed back to her Malibu lake home.

SHEEN SLAMS CHEATING RUMORS

Charlie Sheen has hit back at rumors that his womanizing ways led to the shock split between Sheen and his pregnant wife Denise Richards. The actor was served with divorce papers last week by the former Bond girl, but he insists he isn't cheating.

In a statement released Tuesday, Sheen says, "I did not cheat on my wife. These stories and allegations are unconscionable. "The reason for our separation is a private matter between the two of us."

SHEEN AND RICHARDS REUNITE FOR DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY

Estranged couple Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards were reunited on Saturday for their daughter Sam's first birthday party.

Less than two weeks after seven-months-pregnant Richards filed for divorce from Sheen, the pair invited around 50 friends and relatives -- including Sheen's dad Martin -- to their Agoura Hills, Calif., home to celebrate their offspring's big day.

According to sources, the two were cordial to each other at the party, which they had begun planning more than a month ago.

A pal explains, "They want to be good together in front of their daughter."

The day before, Richards put all of her marital woes behind her, when she partied with a host of pals -- including Sheen's former "Spin City" co-star Heather Locklear -- at Los Angeles' upscale eatery The Ivy.

An onlooker says, "She didn't look upset at all."

SHEEN'S PARENTS LASH OUT AT PRESS REPORTS

Charlie Sheen's parents have gone public with their distaste about press reports suggesting the actor's wild ways were responsible for his recent split from wife Denise Richards.

The former Bond girl shocked Hollywood last month when she filed for divorce from the former bad boy, leading to speculation the actor had returned to his womanizing ways.

Neither Sheen nor Richards have spoken about the reasons for their split, but now his father, Martin Sheen, has issued a statement to the U.S. media, urging them to lay off his son -- because the split is not his fault.

Sheen states, "While we profoundly care, we have never interfered with our adult children's romantic relationships or marriages. What happens between two people in a relationship or marriage is so private and deeply personal that it is not possible for anyone outside to truly understand or judge responsibly.

"The marriage between Charlie and Denise is no exception. Having clarified that, we cannot remain silent during what appears to be a ruthless and savage attack by the media on Charlie's character.

"To imply that he is in any way regressing to the behavior that cost him so dearly and almost ended his life just seven years ago is not only the lowest form of journalism, but sinks to the level of defamation.

I can understand him getting angry, but it's natural that people will assume the worst. Personaly I don't Charlie has gone back to his old womanising ways.

Sometimes it just doesn't work out and I think it's just a simple break up, there really doesn't seem to be any scandal here.

Seriously, who asks a porn star/ hooker to marry them? Especially if you're famous and already married to Denise Richards? And if you're a porn star, I'd bet you get asked that by your clients all the time, why all of a sudden is she taking this proposal seriously?

FLEISS SPEAKS OUT ABOUT SHEEN'S SPLIT

Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss knew her ex-client Charlie Sheen's marriage to Denise Richards was doomed because the playboy loved the company of prostitutes too much.

Richards shocked Hollywood when she filed for divorce from the actor last month, leaving gossips claiming Sheen had returned to his glory days, during which he spent more than $50,000 over a two-year period on Fleiss' hookers.

One prostitute, Chloe Jones, recently dismissed claims by the actor's father Martin Sheen that the star wasn't cheating on Richards, by telling U.S. tabloids that she and Sheen -- an old client -- met and enjoyed oral sex in a Hollywood hotel in February.

And now Fleiss admits she isn't surprised that Sheen's marriage is over. She says, "The guy's a rat." Fleiss admits she feels sorry for the actor's pregnant wife Richards. She adds, "She's got to be devastated ... (She should) take all the money and move on and forget about him."

Charlie Sheen confirms what we already knew

CHARLIE SHEEN has confirmed he and his wife DENISE RICHARDS are officially back together by proudly flashing his wedding ring on a US chat show.

The actor removed the ring after he and Richards split earlier this year (MAR05), but the couple has recently been spotted seeking counselling help to save the marriage.

And, appearing on Scottish comedian CRAIG FERGUSON's late-night programme THE LATE LATE SHOW last night (03NOV05), Sheen had some happy news.

He revealed, "Things are really good and, rather than launching into any specific detail, I can just do that," raising his left hand and showing off his replaced ring.

In a way, I am so glad they got back together. He isn't neccessarily a great husband, or seemingly a great father, but when they're both together they look happy and that's really the most important thing.
