JAY-Z TO OPEN ANOTHER SPORTS BAR

Hip-hop star Jay-Z is planning to open up another sports bar, following the success of his New York City hot spot 40/40.

The rapper, boyfriend of sexy singer Beyonce Knowles, plans to open the second branch of the 40/40 sports bar and lounge bar in Atlantic City, N.J., reports MTV.

The new bar will be unveiled on July 4, at the gambling haven's Atlantic City Outlets -- The Walk.

JAY-Z TO OPEN EDUCATION CENTER

Hip-hop star Jay-Z has announced plans to open an education center in New York.

The rapper, whose real name is Shawn Carter, will open the S. Carter Academy in the spring, and will focus on music, sports and fashion, reports MTV.com.

Enrollment will begin next month. The center will feature in a television commercial starring the rapper and basketball star Jamal Crawford promoting the facility for talented youngsters.
