How do you get screen caps from a video on your PC?
Is it different if the movie is online and not saved to your hard drive?

More specifically, I want to get screen caps of this ad

I tried playing the movie and doing "printscreen" and pasting it into photoshop, but it wouldn't keep the image from the movie in the shot, just the rest of the web page.

Download.com has a few different screen grab programs. I used one that worked really good, I forget what it's called though.
