You know why no one has responded here? Cause the number of cases world wide compared to the number of actual people world wide is less than miniscule.

that is true metaluna, but you know what, it feels different when you sit right on the oven in the hotspot.
Do you know that the disinfection-products rip open your skin , the masks rub the nose , the mouth ,little scratches in the skin and the virus has field galore.
Just repeating the news does not help at all.
The establishment has no answers yet.
Don't kid yourself, just because it's not where you live yet.
Westnile, I know, we have that as well and the darn BSE I know, when you live somewhere ,where there is hardly any contakt with infection it's hard to comprehend, but don't despair!
You see, even on the rock(a kind word for NEWFOUNDLAND) IT'S THERE! WHY? Because there is quite a community of nefies in T. AND PEOPLE TRAVEL!--
So, maybe you want to close your borders.

It looks like Union County North Carolina has had a SARS case and there may be others sick. They had just returned from Hanoi
A death in Chapel Hill North Carolina is suspected as being caused by SARS. He had visited someone in Toronto.

not just someone, the jewish old age home at baycrest! and when you follow up, how does a 96 year old man qualify for a hip-operation in the first place?and then go to that very funeral and wonder why the virus spreads?lol

Screening,? What if I am a carrier but have no fever yet?
There are 11 research institutions in 9 countries working together, they all say :no definite test yet, but if the PCR shows negativ, they say no SARS ?
Give me a break, they say on the one hand, that antibodies do not always show, but say negativ PCR =no SARS.
What do you believe , what do I believe?
The coming weeks will show , if we have to live with sars or if we can forget about it.
Guess, in the meantime, while sitting on the oven in the hotspot, I can always redirect my thoughts to WESTNILE, BSE, MONKEY-POX, PRIONS IN GENERAL.LOL
