| 1/2 cup well chilled mango juice
3 - 5 tablespoons frozen blueberries
1/2 sliced frozen kiwi
1 sliced frozen banana
In a blender, blend mango juice, frozen blueberries, frozen kiwi slices at low speed. Once blended, add frozen banana slices. Blend, starting at low speed, then increasing to high speed until desired thickness/smoothness.
You can also add a little powdered spirulina or Greens Plus (Greens +), or powdered soy protein to create an energy elixir. | |
