HILTON TESTS HER FRIENDS FOR LOYALTY

Reality TV star Paris Hilton is testing the loyalty of her friends to discover who is revealing details about her private life to the press.

After several unflattering stories following the release of her notorious sex tape "One Night in Paris," the hotel heiress and "Simple Life" star has resorted to doing her own detective work to stop the gossip.

She tells Page Six, "I test out friends sometimes. I'll say something that's totally not even true, 'cause I think that they're calling Page Six.

"I'll say something like. 'I was in Paris last week.' And if that story appears, I just freeze them out. I'll never talk to them."

I guess it's similar to Posh Spice wanting all her friends to sign confidentiallity Agreements. I guess it's hard to be famous and not knowing who is a genuine friend and who is just there to seell their story. But they all, expecially in Paris' case, don't have to be famous if they don't want to. They could lead normal lives.

Pfff... confidentiality agreements suck. Paris's way is actually pretty good You just have to keep track of which person you told which lie to.
