JACKSON'S 'PHONE SEX' WITNESS

LATEST: A British businessman MICHAEL JACKSON befriended more than 20 years ago is set to be the key witness in the singer's child molestation trial - because he claims the THRILLER star had phone sex with him.

TERRY GEORGE, 40, will tell the Santa Barbara court in California that Jackson made an explicit reference to fondling himself during a telephone chat - after the two became friends and enjoyed long-distance calls following Jackson's 1979 British tour.

George has agreed to take to the stand on 31 January (05) because he believes his experiences with the superstar support the allegations against Jackson.

George says, "I can believe that the latest allegations are true because of what happened to me. It if it hadn't been for that phone call I would never have believed it was possible. But when I first heard the news I immediately felt part of it all. I'd only dared tell a handful of my closest friends because I thought nobody would believe me."

Jackson has pleaded not guilty to charges of child molestation, conspiracy and administering an intoxicating agent to his alleged victim.

Wait a sec... if the guy is 40 and the call took place 20 years ago, he was certainly of consenting adult age when he had the alleged phone conversation.

well this name is not a new one to this kind of case. Terry was an important player in the first set of allegations, when he came out and said what happened....lo and behold here comes the settlement. Not saying that he is the key person in this case, but he definately has some kind of powerful info. And actually he was around 13 or 14 when it allegedly happened, and not older than 16.
