TIMBERLAKE'S GRANDMOTHER WANTS SPEARS WEDDING

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE's grandmother would love him to marry his ex-girlfriend BRITNEY SPEARS instead of his actress fiance CAMERON DIAZ.

SADIE BOMAR insists Timberlake will never stop loving the TOXIC singer, and although she's pleased he's found love with CHARLIE'S ANGELS beauty Diaz, Bomar is desperate for the 'N SYNC hunk to return to Spears.

The 70-year-old was devastated when the pop couple separated in March 2002 and, despite reports Spears cheated on Timberlake, says her family would welcome the blonde beauty back.

She explains, "He was heartbroken when they split and he'll always love her. I didn't think Cameron was interested in getting married any time soon, I guess I was wrong.

"Britney would certainly be welcome back. We still adore her. It's sad. They were so much in love for so long. It seemed awfully sad to see them break up. I thought for a long time there was a chance they could get back on track. But obviously that wasn't to be."

I love it.

Some people get wierd when you say you think that Justina dn Britney would still make a good couple. They say you're living in teh past, but I say what's wrong with that when the past is so bad: Britney married to trailer trash and Justin about to walk down the isle with all-of-a-sudden-i'm-a-native-american Cameron Diaz.

But if Justin's Nan thinks the same thing, then you can't roll your eyes at the rest of us.

SPEARS HAUNTED BY TIMBERLAKE

Britney Spears is still traumatized by her breakup from Justin Timberlake, because she thought they would spend the rest of their lives together.

The pop pair split three years ago this month and Spears has since married Kevin Federline, and is expecting their child.

But she is still haunted by the traumatic separation, which was played out for months through the pages of newspapers and celebrity magazines.

She tells gossip site the Scoop, "The most painful thing I have ever experienced was that breakup.

"We were together so long and I had this vision. You think you're going to spend the rest of your life together."

But she maintains she is blissfully happy with Federline, who she describes as "The sexiest man alive. No one knows the half of what he can do. He's brilliant."

Has it really been three years? Wow. And now they're both married to (or secretly engaged) to other people. Three years .. and people still think they'll get back together.

People are over Brad and Jen's split now and that's been less than six months, but some people can't get over Justin and Britney. I wonder what it was about them that makes them different and harder to let go off?
