January 21, 2005, 2:06:23 Julia Roberts is set to star in a clutch of Hollywood movies - scrapping plans of maternity leave just two months after giving birth to twins.
The 'Pretty Woman' actress, who vowed to devote at least the next five years to bringing up Phinnaeus and Hazel, has agreed to play the voice of spider Charlotte in forthcoming animation 'Charlotte's Web' and is in talks to star in the classic romantic comedy 'The Seven Year Switch'.
The screen beauty is also planning to make a movie about pregnancy. Roberts is reportedly obtaining film rights to best-selling British author Tony Parsons' new novel 'The Family Way'.
Despite her move back to Hollywood, last August the 37-year-old revealed being a mum was her priority, saying: "I'm not planning anything. I just want to play as it comes."
Her trainer Kathy Kaehler added at the time: "Julia says she's taking at least five years off from movie-making to raise her twins. She's waited so long to be a mother, and fought so hard to be one, that she wants to devote all her time to her babies."
The Hollywood star's decision to go back to work so quickly has been strongly criticised by family groups.
Michelle Elliot of children's charity Kidscape said: "Maybe she already misses her glamorous life. But the reality is that very young babies need to be near their mother. I can only think that she will miss them when she's away filming."

Julia Roberts is set to attend this year's Oscars - making her first public appearance since the birth of her twins two months ago.
Despite not receiving a Best Actress nomination for her role in 'Closer', the beautiful star will attend the prestigious event after husband Danny Moder reportedly persuaded her to go.
A source said: "She was all set to not go unless she was nominated. She's devoted to her twins, but Danny said she should go. He's told her she can be a star and mother. He's not a fan of showbiz bashes so he'd rather babysit."
