Sexy hotel heiress Paris Hilton's lifestyle-altering romance with Backstreet Boy Nick Carter is continuing to temper her wild ways -- she's now desperate to have his baby.

The blonde socialite -- who's notorious for her penchant for wearing skimpy party outfits and getting drunk at celebrity bashes -- has already fueled reports she plans to wed the singer, and now she's eager to raise a family.

She says, "I do want to have a baby in the next couple of years."

And in further evidence she's keen to abolish her past image, Hilton admits she's embarrassed by pictures featuring her scantily clad look.

She adds, "I am really embarrassed now about the pictures out there of some of the things I was wearing. I just wasn't thinking."

PARIS PLANS TO NAME CHILDREN LONDON AND CHINA

Paris Hilton has vowed to keep the destination theme going once she has children -- she plans to name them after London and China.

The reality TV star and aspiring singer admits she's slowly grown to like being named after the French capital, and she's since decided that her offspring should also have a location attached to their identity.

She says, "I want two children -- a boy named London and a girl named China.

"When I was younger I hated my name, but I think it's cool because it's different. I've never met another Paris, so I want to name my kids after places, too. They may be laughed at like I was, but it'll only make them stronger."
