Ja Rule exposes the truth about his feud with 50 Cent

Rapper Ja Rule is moving to end his bit feud with 50 Cent, suggesting their 'beef' is just for show.

The two rappers have been fierce rivals for two years and regularly poke fun at each other on their records, but now Ja Rule, real name Jeffrey Atkins, has exploded the war of words, insisting the whole feud is just "studio banging."

"That's studio ranting and raving. We call it, in the industry, studio banging ... It has its problems and it has its upside," he said.

But Ja Rule wants to keep his battle with 50 Cent going for now.

Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel's late night talk show on Monday night, Ja Rule was reluctant to offer a message to 50 Cent, who is a guest on the show on Friday.

"What I would say you probably can't say on TV," he said. "I'd rather not," before offering sarcastically, "Hey buddy, see you soon."
