FIERY R&B star Kelis has wed her hip-hop lover Nas at a secret ceremony.
The couple, who have been engaged for two years, tied the knot in front of friends and family in Atlanta on Saturday.
They decided to keep the occasion low key and only finalised their plans a few weeks before the big day. Nas's father, Olu Dara, who appeared on his recent single Bridging The Gap, was one of the guests and Nas's brother, Jungle, was the best man.
A pal of the couple said:"It was a really small gathering, but that's what they decided they wanted."
We just hope New Yorker Nas, whose hits include One Love, managed to make it a romantic occasion.
Kelis, 24, recently said: "I've been with my guy Nas for a while now and I love him to bits - but sometimes I have to remind him what he's got. Sometimes, when I've been on tour for weeks, I think: `Jesus, do something nice for me.'" At least he's made an honest woman of you, love.
The 31-year-old bad boy still needs to work on his romancing though. Describing their relationship in an interview, Nas said of the Milkshake singer: "Even when sh** is crazy with me and her, sh** is still easy." Sweet, we think.
