Before she got grapefruit like implants, Jessica Simpson had a nice breast lift. She had lost alot of weight on the Atkins diet and it showed in her chest. Compare the old saggy tits to the new perkier set.

I think it's just that the white dress holds them closer to her body. So they look more perky. I doubt she's had surgery.

I am trying to find a picture showing her supposed collagen implants as well. Will post when (if) I find.
