All the folks Aiken for Clay will be thrilled by the news that Clay Aiken, is the most-searched man of 2004. Paris Hilton, the second most popular woman of 2004 along with Clay, each had more staying power online this year than Jackson. Hilton has appeared on The Lycos 50 for 60 consecutive weeks, and has occupied the number one spot 17 times, while Aiken continues to dominate web search activity, appearing 81 consecutive weeks, landing at number one eight times. Actually the frequency of Clay holding the number one position on our list has increased since this summer and conversely Paris has seen her star fade. Search activity for Aiken has increased more than 150 percent over last year.
Clayniacs around the word rejoice at the news that Clay Aiken is the most searched man of 2004. No one can stop the Aiken juggernaut. His Christmas CD, NBC Christmas special, and his Joyful Noise tour, have all left Web users Aiken for Clay. Interest in Clay Aiken has only risen, with searches up more than 151 percent over last year. The amount of search activity he gets is light years beyond any male celebrity and worlds ahead of any other Idol. Clay has proven that he is the runner-up who could.
He better not be on AI4! I can't stand the "6 males, 6 females rule." I think it's stupid. There will be people who do deserve to be put in the top 12, but they can't, because they're the wrong gender.
Dang! I just noticed Geoge Bush beat Kerry!
Oh yeah, I remember I went to Lycos like a few months ago.. and Clay was #1 on the list! woooohooooo!
yea sadly Kerry lost...so we are stuck with bush....and yea I really hate the whole 6 and 6 rule. It's dumb. I am so not watching it or if I do...not really liking it...only watching it for Ryan. I was talking to my brother's ex today about it and it was really dumb....
