MADONNA THE KARAOKE QUEEN

Pop superstar Madonna has taken up a new hobby -- karaoke.

The singer was spotted buying a '50s-style karaoke machine from London department store Selfridges, where she was promoting her children's book "The English Roses."

Friends say she and husband Guy Ritchie plan to throw their own karaoke parties.
