| Top 10 Worst Christmas Movies
December 22, 2004, 12:41:20 'Santa Claus Conquers the Martians' has been voted the worst Christmas movie of all time.
The black and white flop, starring Pia Zadora, topped a poll to find film fans least favourite festive movies.
The 1964 stinker beat off stiff competition from a host of seasonal turkeys including 'A Christmas Romance', starring 'Grease' actress Olivia Newton John, which came second, and 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation 2', which starred Chevy Chase, coming seventh.
Other entries in the top-ten included 'Jingle All The Way', starring actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger, which finished in eighth position, and 'Home Alone 4', a cynical sequel to the original, which catapulted Macaulay Culkin to stardom, coming in at nine.
The survey was conducted by internet movie rental firm LOVEFilm.com and marketing manager Fliss White admits he was not surprised by the poor films in the list.
He said: "For every 'White Christmas' several stinkers are released."
