I think Ja is just confused because he trys to act like Pac and sound like X. I don't think that 50 is trying to be like Pac. In that verse he is giving props to Pac. He knows that everybody loved Pac and that Pac was the best rapper and he wants to be the same. And he is doing a great job at making that happen.
