Wanted: LEGO's & Vintage Toys

Got any old LEGO toys sitting around? I'm specifically looking for extra bits and pieces from the TEHNIC's sets with gears, wheels, shafts, connectors, beams with holes, etc for prototyping some projects. I am not interested in the basic building blocks for building houses, plans & trains and other simple stuff. Exclusively TECHNICS parts for prototyping mechanical systems!

I am also interested in old, vintage, cast iron toys that are in good shape or could be restored. As an antiquities collector, I might be interested in anything pre-1970.

Let me know what you have and we'll talk about a deal if I'm interested in the piece. Pics are required to facilitate meaningful discussion.

I've got two of em'

One of them is similar to a gyro copter and the other is a red motorcycle with a small 2 piston engine. They are mint undamaged and include free dust! And a little 3 1/2" guy with a helmet. I built them a couple of years ago and I doubt they are even made anymore. I'll see if I can bug my brother to borrow the digital camera and take a few pictures. I'm sure I have some spare parts. I just have to look for them because I have a giant box full of legos. I’ll specifically looks for technic stuff and let you know what else I find.

As for the vintage toys… I’ve got a few but they are in the family in love em’ too much. You will probably have really good luck at flea markets and stuff.
