And shoppers in K mart might get to choose between hers and Delta Goodrem's.

Hilton, whose skimpy outfits have often made people wonder what she wears underneath, and hand-bag designing younger sister Nicky, are considering a deal to be the new faces of the Antz Pantz brand, originally famous for the cheeky Sic 'em Rex campaign.

If signed, the deal, said to be worth a six figure sum, is expected to run for a year and include television, print and point-of-sale advertising in Australia and New Zealand, as well as a possible promotional visit.

It could also mean that lingerie endorsed by Paris, the woman said to have had a fling with Mark Philippoussis, could sit alongside that co-designed by his ex-girlfriend, Goodrem, because K mart stocks both labels.

Nicky Hilton's Australian representative Richard Squire confirmed the women were interested in the deal but would not make further comment.

A spokesman for Pacific Brands, which owns the Antz Pantz label, played down the offer, saying the Hiltons were just two of the faces the company was considering.

The company is known for its outrageous ad campaigns, and a source says that if the Paris Hilton sisters are signed up, there will be “more outrageousness.”
