| I've heard many right-wingers on the Iraq forums say that liberals want a world of people holding there hand out. Well to you neo-liberals/conservatives - as the subject of this post says, it isn't quite as simple as that because everyone gets cash but for the poor it's called handouts, whereas the rich get financial assistance and funding.
And guess what sometimes this funding helps pay those big fat bonuses and city shareholders divis.
