BAD-BOY rapper Eminem is giving away thousands . . . to inmates at one of America's toughest jails.
The star, 32, has donated £27,000 to prisoners at New York's Rikers Island prison through his Marshall Mathers Foundation.
The cash, handed to the institution's Fresh Start programme, gives convicts training and help with finding jobs so they can support themselves when released. A source said: 'Who knew Eminem was such a philanthropist? The rapper has been doing good deeds for his home town of Detroit since he struck it rich. Now he's donating to New York.'
