| RAPPER MURPHY LEE ARRESTED
Hip-hop star Murphy Lee has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence of marijuana.
The rapper, part of Nelly's St. Lunatics rap posse, was pulled over by Missouri police on Interstate 55, south of St. Louis, for an expired licence plate on his Mercedes on October 31.
After officers smelled marijuana, the 22-year-old rapper was charged with possession of less than 35 grams of the illegal drug and DUI.
The Grammy-winning star's attorney Scott Rosenblum announced Monday he expects Lee to plead not guilty at a December court hearing.
