I missed the first week, but watched the following episode last night. Generally, I enjoyed it.

The manner in which the men deal with one another is intriguing. There is clearly a more primitive agressive reaction going on amongst them.

Clearly those who have not relied heavily on their personalities in the past to score chicks are finding this game much more difficult. Some will bail early as we've already seen, unable to take the rejection that they feel will occur as a result of their weak personalities.

Just as girls will form an opinion of a man sexually in a first impression merely by the construction of his face, I believe men do the same for different reasons - mostly subconscious, instinctual; a means to quickly judge and identify a man's very core based solely on his physical make-up - much like an animal will identify friend or foe. Now that they lack this ability to determine their status amongst the pack because they have have lost all first-glance identity, they have resorted to agressive mannerisms knowing that they may not be able to rely fully on their personality in the time they have.

Furthermore, because of the reasons I stated above I believe that the masks further obscure a contestant's personality from its true nature at times. This has resulted in the employment of agressive, more territorial methods. I didn't see this sort of behavior (or at least don't recall it) to this extent in The Bachorlette.

This will change over time as Hayley is able to specifically respond accordingly to the remaining individuals in a manner where they no longer feel like they are just another number.

Speaking of which, Hayley is doing well in dealing with these buffoons - putting those that need to be checked in their places.

Monica seems otherwise worthless in this production - an unimportant mass of conspiring feminism with little to offer the viewer.

I'll watch again, particularly to see how successful the motivational speaker is after he utilizes some of the techniques they hint to in the preview of next week's episode.

Yeah, I didn't see the first episode either, but Haley doesn't seem like the cold-hearted biatch that everyone made her out to be - seems pretty nice, though your "average" gal if you ask me - not the type I'd imagine 20 dudes clambering over one another to get at.

Overall, it seems more interesting than Bachelorette was so far. Perhaps that's because I don't find this chick's voice so annoying. Trista's squeakiness was apalling.

Lewinsky's annoying.

I also saw only week #2 of Mr. Personaility. Actually, I find Hayley as not very likeable. Certainly, no Trista (who was too unrealistically sweet).

I watched American Idol, when Ryan introduced Hayley to the viewers; she made an off hand remark, which was really meant to be amusing; it feel flat.

Hayley was not a good candidate for this program. I agree that the interaction of the men is amusing. It appears that Hayley is telling the men who "misbehaved" that another one of the men in the house told her.....instead of the fact that she viewed some of their actions on video....of their actions; this is an attempt to turn the men against one another...and not true.
