| JESSICA SIMPSON'S FATHER SEEKS LATIN ACTS
The father of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson is on a quest to sign Latin musicians, by launching a new television talent show.
Joe Simpson, who has his own record label, JT Records, through a joint venture with Geffen Records, is negotiating with a major network and plans to complete his program by next spring.
He says, "The idea is to find these guys who are hot, who can sing and play and be songwriters. I'm looking to create a role model for these kids."
The winner of the talent search will release an album on JT Records
